Your body does remove that stuff, otherwise you would drown in it eventually... If you smoke organic 100% tobacco in moderation and live a healthy lifestyle your body flushes that out easily. Tobacco also has good effects, but again only in moderation, also live a healthy lifestyle and smoke only 100% organic tobacco. The Native Americans invented smoking and did not get cancer, they lived healthy lives. I just hate anti-smoking Nazis who refuse to listen to a reasonable explanation.
