I became a fan of Meg Ryan because of this interview.

"I'd wrap it up." Audience applauds. I was like, "You go girl!"

"Do you have time to check out her outfit?" The women look at her up and down. I was like, wt* is that?

It was sad to see Parkinson spew out that last question, it was sadder too that some people think it was right.

No joke Top gears on pause like thousands of others! Amazing how the mind works! It seems like Parky is making it worse and really awkward I feel sorry for her! I always presumed it was her fault before seeing this...

Please except my sincere apology. I was trying to be funny but did not of course mean to insult you.

As for your other comments, there is no "side" you are involved it what is called group think. Hypocrisy can follow easily.

No need for apologies.

By not following the PC ideology, you are following the non-PC ideology - and are part of a group. There is no ideology free space.

Hypocrisy may be around, but that still means that the dominant culture condemns discrimination (else there would be no need to be pretend/ be hypocritical). I find that much more desirable than a culture which openly accepts discrimination of those who had the 'misfortune' of being born black, female, gay or whatever.
