Professor Randy Pausch made a surprise return to Carnegie Mellon University to deliver an inspirational speech to the Class of 2008 at the Commencement ceremony on May 18, 2008.

Pausch was included in TIME Magazine's 2008 list of the world's 100 most influential people. His book, "The Last Lecture," co-written by Jeff Zaslow of the Wall Street Journal and based on Pausch's now-famous talk "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams," is a New York Times #1 bestseller.

I stumbled upon Randy website by accident. I watched his last lecture at Carnegie, via Google video, and i was definitely inspired by his great speech. A great a example of a man who was taken too early, but still managed to live a longer life them most of us will ever dream about. God Bless Randy - Im inspired!

comment for minji: what Randy says is great, listen to this every time you feel bad, he will inspire you. Live well in honor of your brother, make him very proud of you, follow your heart and your dreams. It's normal to feel bad, but don't let it become a stone around your neck, your brother wouldn't want that. Randy is a genius, listen to his message every day, it will help lift you.

I totally agree with you, what Randy says is very true and touches your heart and soul; he truly inspired me and helped to easy the pain. Its Amazing how someone who is on the brink of leaving this life can give meaning to the life of those who left behind and cure their pain and suffering..

ChinleMiller, your reply will definitely help me in looking at things from another prospective.
