These scenes are an excerpt of a larger obscure art house film which is hard to track-down. These scenes come relatively late in the "Homo" plot and are the climax of a long relationship between the two prisoners which is informed by flashbacks revealing their ambiguous desire of humiliation. This is of course intensified by their incarceration. It's a hard scene to comment on without the context of the larger narrative. I would encourage you to see the entire film.
