great looking engine but what does it power? and who was it made for?
what's more important is does it have cast iron cyclinder liners?(most ally engines do you know!)

You need to extend the tool out at least 6 more inches to ruff you contour? Your tool Dia is way too big! I think 1/64 b.e.m would work great! Good job 5 axis swarf?
