There's something wrong here. She's a weaver and her husband works as well. Their combined daily workload is really only worth one little bag of rice? Look at the manipulation going on here. The worker who produces goods gets a pittance pay and then the same product they produce suddenly costs astronomically more. Or in other words, working to assemble 1,000 items will buy you only one or two in a store.
