also this song has nothing to do with brazil's copacabana. had to do with the hotel nacional night club in 1948 in havana , cuba. before castro there was no place like havana. all the movie stars used to go there. all the mobsters we used to go there. casinos en cuba used to make more money than casinos en vega. my gradfather used to own a barber shop on the hotel nacional lobby. he cut the hair of brando , sinatra , cooper , flynn , power , durante , lansky , luciano , costello , gambino etc.
