This man annoys me. He goes on about his love of Scotland, but hasn't lived in the country for over a decade! He slags off the Edinburgh tourist trade saying that it's all innaccurate history BUT HAS NEVER been on a tour. Scotland is better represented by those who live and work there, those who contribute to the economy, those who know it's real history. Connery is a poster child for independence, nothing more.

James Bonds parents are Andrew Bond a Scotsman,and Monique Delacroix from canton de vaud,Switzerland.Ian Fleming emphasised Bonds Scottish heritage in admiration of Sean Connery's cinematic portrayal. Bonds mother was named after a Swiss fiancee of Flemings. A planned but unwritten novel would have portrayed Bond's mother as a Scot.

Read the first Ian Flemming book, James Bond is a Scott's man. That's part of the reason they hired Connery for the role.

Read the SNP policies, and you'll find that the SNP to have Scotland to become a member state of the EU, it will need to get it's Independence, and why doing that, you are surrendering Scotland once again, but to the EU.

Mate if I professed to "loving" a place then I would live there and not talk such utter drivel about Scottish independence and how better off we will be...we wont.

Read up on the Barnett Formula or google it...I think you may think different about Independence.
