What spices do you use on your dry rub? It looks light colored as opposed to the red looking rub.

Oh man, the way I make ribs, I can't take that membrane out or the entire thing falls apart.

My method is a pressure cooker for an hour with marinated water before I put it on the grill.

Thanks for the tip on the brown sugar, Have to try that one! I would like to suggest trading wish bone dressing instead of the brown sugar to gtive it a different kick. I can't find apple wood here in New Orleans, but we have plenty of pecan wood! Also I havd tried Jack Daniels wood chips and was pleasantly surprised, didn't get drunk on the smoke though!!!!(Just kidding!) Keep up the good work on the videos!
