Nice tribute. I was so glad to receive his e-mails during his trip through te USA with Dan Fogelberg. It was a nice guy !!

Lovely tribute! Enjoyed all the photos, especially those of Mike holding his cats. I think guys who like cats are special. I've always thought Bread would have been lacking without Mike's fabulous talent. I still listen to all their albums to this day & love every song. RIP dear Mike and Jimmy.

I was privileged to have done some sessions with Mike. He was simply the best.

Another wonderful tribute Debra. Both Jimmy and Mike were far too young at 61 to depart this world. Been a Bread fan since 1971/2.
I sent an e-mail to Mike back in 2003 on his site and was so delighted to get a very nice reply. I was very touched to recieve it.
A measure of the man to reply directly to fans. Not many artists would do it. Sadly I missed the Bread re-union tour in 1997.
RIP Mike and Jimmy.

Prior to the San Diego 1997 reunion show, I had written Mike via email and got a reply.

Being a drummer myself and always having a hell of a time with "Let Your Love Go" I recall asking him: "will you be doing Let Your Love Go" and vividly remember his reply starting "no we won't be doing that track..it's a bitch to play". Wow..was I relieved. Wish that tour would come out on dvd..they had a full orchestra..impeccable sound. RIP Mike.
